Refund and /or replacement is not possible unless
- A) Goods nonworkable at first use.
- B) Manufacturers recall of products in the same delivery party.
- C) Preorders not delivered within 30 days after mentioned delivery date.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at helium@helumeuroasia.com and send your item to us according to the instructions we provide you by email. Do not send products before you contact us!

How to return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund price
Price is buying price excl tax and shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Legal notice
By filing a return or refund claim with us and such return or refund has been granted either in whole or part under the present Refund and Returns Policy and Terms of Use you waive any further claims to us and you agree that you are releasing us from any liability that we may otherwise have to you in relation to or arising from this agreement or our services, for reasons including, but not limited to, failure of our service, negligence, or any other tort.
For Jurisdictions that do not allow us to limit our liability: Notwithstanding any provision of these Terms, if your jurisdiction has provisions specific to waiver or liability that conflict with the above then our liability is limited to the smallest extent possible by law. Specifically, in those jurisdictions not allowed, we do not disclaim liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence or that of any of its officers, employees or agents; or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability which it is not lawful to exclude either now or in the future.
If you are a resident of a jurisdiction that requires a specific statement regarding release then the following applies. For example, California residents must, as a condition of this agreement, waive the applicability of California Civil Code Section 1542, which states, “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.” You hereby waive this section of the California Civil Code. You hereby waive any similar provision in Law, Regulation, or Code that has the same intent or effect as the aforementioned release in any other jurisdiction.
